If so - we are here to introduce your talents to a worldwide audience who are interested in art in all its forms. By putting your artwork on this website you have taken a step forward in your marketing campaign that will reach collectors and fellow artists alike.

What you are offered
Every Artist will have their name displayed on the homepage listed under ‘Artists’.

Each Artist will also have their own personalised page displaying their art - whatever the medium, which must include a write-up of yourself, your interests/talents and any exhibitions or accolades you may have.

Having your work displayed on this site does not mean you are exclusively bonded to Stonehouse Gallery, you can advertise or place your work at your discretion at any venue or on any advertising media you wish.

This site will not take commissions or deductions from any artwork sold through this site.

Details of your page
A photo of yourself must be forwarded for the Artist write-up and description section. All correspondence relating to submission of artwork must be emailed to zimstonehouse@gmail.com
On your page will be photographs of your artwork that you are submitting for sale with the following details included:

Photographs must be supplied in digital form ie. on a Flash Drive or cd/dvd or alternatively by email. (Please see ‘How do I submit art’ at bottom of page for more information on photograph requirements).

Every artist will have his/her contact details on your page in order for interested customers to reach you easily and efficiently ie, Telephone and/or Cell phone Number, email address, skype or google talk details. We do not link up to social networks like Facebook and Twitter or personal websites.

Every new submission by any  artist featured on this site will be advertised immediately to all followers the site may have.

By joining this website you have agreed to the following:

There is a one-off payment for every artwork submitted of US$8 each. This ensures your artwork is on the site.

Every submission will only be included on the site when full payment has been made.

This is not a portfolio website - all artwork must be for sale and original - no prints or reproductions please.

Every artist is responsible for the representation of the artwork on this site being true to the original being sold. If any marks, scuffs or disfigurement occurs after submission of photo to this site of the original, Stonehouse Gallery is not responsible and will not entertain any correspondence on this matter from the artist or the purchaser.

In the event of a piece of artwork being sold or a request is made by the artist for the artwork to be removed from his/her page, please contact Stonehouse Gallery via email on "Contacts" page with all the relevant details.

All requests or enquiries will go directly to the artist. The site will not entertain any processing or enquiries on your behalf. This is the sole responsibility of the artist. We are solely a marketing tool.

All prices must be submitted in US$

Prices featured on this site do not include shipping costs or customs and duties taxes. All shipping of art sales must be confirmed by the artist once the destination is confirmed by the purchaser and this information passed on the the purchaser speedily to ensure a closure of the sale.

All artists must use a registered and reliable courier service eg Fedex or Dhl who are insured and have a parcel tracking system. This site is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to any artworks in transit.

It is advisable not to send or post any artwork to the purchaser unless payment has been made in full. If a special arrangement has been made between the purchaser and the seller, please make sure that all correspondence is in writing and payment terms are clear and detailed.

There is a no returns policy on paintings that have been purchased. In the unfortunate event of any item arriving damaged, please read the following information.
This is the procedure that the purchaser must comply with:
Damage in Transit: If the packaging is damaged, make a note of the external damage on the Carrier's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. Should the Carrier not allow you to do this, the damaged item should be rejected and the Carrier requested to return the package to the artist it was purchased from.
Examine the contents of your delivery and confirm your claim for damages immediately by phone or email. Written details of the claim should be sent as soon as possible after delivery along with a letter from the courier confirming the damage along with photographs of the damage. Any packaging must be retained for inspection. Compliance with this requirement shall be a condition of any claim.
In the event that a successful claim for damages has been made, a full refund of the item cost will be given to the customer by the artist. The artist must take up the matter of the damaged package with the courier who is responsible.

We also advise artists to make the purchaser liable for any bank transfer fees that may be incurred.

All maintenance and new submissions will be managed by the Web Master.
